Returns Policy

We do not accept returns due to customer convenience.
Please double check to make sure there are no mistakes before placing your order.

If the product is damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will exchange or return the item.

The following items are not covered by the warranty:
・Dirt build-up ・Small scratches (approximately 2-3 mm)
- Scratches that appear in parts of the finished work that cannot be seen when viewed from the front (scratches that can only be seen by turning the work upside down)
・Slight distortion of thin silicone mold
